DDE has existing connections with major vendors and works directly with them to set up connections. For all systems except a districts SIS, all the district needs to do is sign a data sharing agreement. SIS connection setup is done by the district with the support of DDE. We will send over the fields we need, setup documentation, and assist with the process through video calls with your technology teams.

DDE works with all major educational vendors to set up automated nightly extracts. For one time assessments or state testing, files can be uploaded directly through our secure portal. Additionally, google sheets can be connected and imported nightly. Whatever format your data is in, we will work with it!

All data is kept securely on google managed servers within the US. For low latency, the main data is kept at the server center nearest to the district. For redundancy, a nightly backup of the server is kept at a separate server center somewhere else in the US.

Yes! Our platform adheres to industry standard cybersecurity practices and all local, state, and federal student data privacy laws. With Single Sign On (SSO), the district can easily manage provisioned users, providing and revoking access to your data as needed.
